We purchased a manual wheelchair from Mobility Systems and Solutions from Hickory Hills,
Illinois 60457 and they ordered the wrong wheelchair and then took it back and never replaced it.
We have had an open complaint with the Illinois Attorney General for two years and neither the
company nor the AG’s office has settled this complaint.

Be warned that this company Mobility Systems and Solutions from Hickory Hills will keep your
money and merchandise. They used the lack of laws protecting people with disabilities to get
away with theft of a wheelchair from a young girl that is a quadriplegic and uses this wheelchair to
get around in. But it did not matter to this company.

This company was the initiative to create tougher laws and PA 094-0378 “The Assistive
Technology Protection Act” was created because of this situation.
