For complaints involving insurance companies

When a problem involving your insurance company comes about and you have complained to your Human Resources Dept with no result; most
times you can file a grievance with your insurance company. Follow their steps precisely and they will give you a determination. It is also very helpful
to get a Letter of Medical Necessity from your Doctor and suggest the he/she point you in the right direction to obtaining another Letter of Medical
Necessity from another source. Submit both along with your grievance. If after neither of these steps help, you can file a complaint with the Illinois

The Attorney General's office take complaints regarding health-care, consumer complaints and Disabled issues complaints:

Health Care Issues;
